Cressi ploutve LIGHT jsou navržené speciálně pro bazén a pro trénink plavání. Krátký list je vyroben z vysoce elastických a lehkých materiálů, které zaručují vysokou pružnost a minimální únavu, přičemž stále velmi efektivní kop.
Délka listu a použité materiály byly pečlivě vybrány, aby umožnily dokonalý trénink svalů, aniž by způsobily bolestivé křeče. Hrany listu jsou chráněny měkkým elastomerovým profilem, aby se zabránilo možnému zranění ostatních plavců. Botka ploutve je vyrobena z měkkých elastomerů a její vysoce anatomický tvar poskytuje nohám velkým komfort i během dlouhých plaveckých tréninků. Speciální tvar botky umožňuje snadné a hladké nazouvání.
Tyto ploutve byly speciálně navrženy pro trénink a vybudování svalů, ale mohou být také efektně využívány pro šnorchlování a plavání, kde malá velikost listu usnadňuje vstup a výstup vody a cestování.
